Freelance writing

I’m currently taking on select writing assignments. My work focuses on wellness culture, identity, internet culture, and the people and questions shaping women’s lives. I’ve available for profiles and interviews, reported features, and trend reporting.

Previously, I wrote SELF's November 2025 cover story on Brittany Snow; went to Colombia to write about women-focused group travel; interviewed Selma Blair about beauty and illness; and spoke to Jane Fonda about vaping and being alone. Several years ago, I founded the flagship Sleeping With column for SELF, where I interviewed people like Jennifer Aniston and Drew Barrymore weekly.
